General details

 

Ideal for 6 Adults or 4 Adults and up to 4 kids (8 maximum)

 

Rental is per week / Saturday to Saturday (Minimum rental one week).


Changeover Day is Saturday


Arrival time 17:00 Departure time 10:00


Maid service at end of rental - mid let clean for 2 week rentals is included with additional maid service is available to you at additional cost.


Payment Details

A (non-refundable) holding deposit of £200 paid now will secure your required dates immediately for next year !

The balance of the first 25% (non-refundable) deposit is payable by 28/01/2009 latest to retain booking.

Then 2nd 25 % of the booking is due by 30/04/09 latest

The Final 50% Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival + Security Deposit of £500.

 

Payments by UK cheque accepted


The Refundable Security deposit of £500 will be required with the payment 6 weeks prior to your arrival and will be refunded within one week of the end of your rental providing there is no serious damage/breakages etc ALL other deposits for bookings are non-refundable.


Welcome Food Pack costs 40 Euro if required (list of contents available) or shop on your way from the airport...

Due to personal use, this exclusive Private Villa has very restricted availability for only a few weeks in the main summer holiday period...

 The Villa is wonderful for one family but large enough if required to shared between two family's (eg Max 4 adults and 4 children) with 4 double bedrooms, so is a cost effective yet luxury holiday option for your party with large bedrooms suites, kitchen, reception area's, balconies and  superb private pool and Jacuzzi, with several terraces and 3000 sq mtrs of private fenced lawned gardens with palm trees etc.

The Location...

Excellent location (Quiet peaceful area) but very close and handy for local facilities, only 15 min's drive to the Puerto Pollensa or Alcudia nightlife and the many local restaurants. The local "Bon Aire" Marina and beaches are just 2 minutes drive (10 minutes walk away), however a car is recommended to make the most of the area and explore the Island, there is so much to see....

This is a beautiful area for beaches or Golf or for the more energetic there are many hiking and nature walks along the coast with the mountain walks starting directly by the villa.

 There are several excellent restaurants located in Old Alcudia town, Puerto Alcudia, Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa, there is plenty of nightlife located close by if you want it...but the villa itself is located in a very quiet and relaxing private "unbanisation".....located high up on the side of the mountain...the cool breezes are a welcome addition in the summer...

 

  

 
 

The villa has been significantly extended and now provides 4 double bedrooms, 3 with sea views, 2 of which are built split level with dressing rooms/lounge areas, with large patio doors facing out to the balcony (and Hot-Tub Spa) with sea views across the bay of Pollensa to Formentor.  There is a large BBQ by the pool for your use.

A "HotSprings" Hot-Tub Spa and outdoor shower has been installed on to the balcony area in front of the three main bedrooms and provides a delightful area for you to relax in the evening with wonderful views over the bay of Pollensa to Formentor...The Hot-Tub will be on 24x7 and available for whenever you fancy a relaxing Spa moment !!
